After living in Brisbane, this couple decided it was time for a change. Their goal was to move to the Sunshine Coast and enjoy a more relaxed, laid-back lifestyle while making a smart property investment at the same time.
They purchased a block of land with the intention of building a duplex — living in one home themselves while selling the second home.
They engaged us to take care of the Development Application and the complete construction of the duplex, guiding the project from the initial planning stages through to completion.
